VersaSuite Optical has been designed in collaboration with optical chain operators and provides solutions specific to their needs. It features a fully integrated optical sales and inventory component allowing offices who have a dispensary to have real-time control of sales and inventory using bar-code technology.
The creation of sales orders is efficient, with side by side comparison of orders and the ability to store proposed purchases for future use. Multiple accessories, tints and treatments can be added at any stage and the final order printed. Based on inventory levels, automatic purchase orders are created, thus maintaining an optimum level of supplies.
