PRISM E.S. is a powerful management system designed to manage, track and report immunization history across a distributed enterprise.
Optimized for use by Health Maintenance Organizations, Independent Practice Associations and Medical Group Practices, PRISM E.S. leverages the power of networking to support immunization tracking for multiple practitioners.
In the PRISM E.S. system, each clinic maintains a PRISM STATION which manages day-to-day delivery of immunizations. These stations can either be stand-alone systems, or in the case of larger hospitals or clinics, can be networked across a LAN.
Each PRISM STATION communicates its immunization history on a periodic basis to the PRISM SERVER, which is typically maintained at the enterprises administrative headquarters. Communication can be accomplished across a WAN, a Virtual Private Network (VPN), via dial-up or the Internet.
