Quadax’s Healthcare Accounts Receivable Processor (HARP) is the premier A/R software package for medical practices, both large and small. Developed to meet the needs of our own billing services, it is constantly enhanced with new features and improvements.
The billing process is fully automated in HARP, from charge loading to claim generation to remittance posting to follow-up billing. HARP also has customized options for many medical specialties, such as laboratories, emergency departments, and anesthesia practices.
The HARP database structure and customization options makes it easy for billing services to manage A/R for multiple clients. Data that applies to all clients, such as ZIP Codes or insurance companies, is stored in Virtual Master Code files, so setting up new clients is quick. Each client has a unique database, which can be easily customized to the clients preferences with HARPs parameter-driven architecture.
