Eight Weeks to Wellness is an easy-to-use program that combines the latest evidence-based population health research and tested behavior change principles to help participants achieve a healthier lifestyle. The program comes with eight 60-90 minute weekly presentations available in PowerPoint format and on DVD.
Research from world renowned journals as well as guidelines from the National Institutes of Health and other national agencies is referenced in each slide as appropriate. Participants use a 32-page guide for additional information and to record daily progress.
