PiMS allows you to bill and collect for multiple clients.
PiMS security is exceptional, allowing you to access all clients from one sign-on. You can also limit your employees to different clients--they can access all their clients from one sign-on but they will not see patients or financial information for other clients.
PiMS is designed to do most of the billing and collection activities automatically. You can support more clients with less personnel by having PiMS automatically bill, send letters and statement and only assign work to the billers and collectors when it is time for followup.
Add clients without adding fees; PiMS fees are based on concurrent signed-on users--you can bring on new clients and only pay when you add employees.
