Ultra MedNotes Description
|
Ultra MedNotes was developed in direct response to the increasing demands on physicians to improve the quality of their documentation and medical record keeping.
Ultra MedNotes works with a series of Bar Codes and Macro Lists to create the chart note. Rather than handwriting or dictating chart notes or referral letters, codes identifying procedures are scanned into the system. This allows better legibility of chart notes, referral letters, and overall medical note. It also decreases the cost necessary to generate progress notes, and referral letters.
