source web-based electronic patient record system for delivery
of evidence resources at the point of care.
The software was
developed by the Department of Family Medicine, McMaster University,
Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Dr. David Chan is a family physician
and an information technology revolutionary. His vision was
to develop an advanced technology software program for medical
