CosmetiSoft presents easy access to each patients records in one tabbed window. The Patient tab provides access to the patients demographic information, billing and appointment activity summaries, recall notes, and general notes. Other options from this tab include the ability to send a direct email message, create a custom merge letter, and schedule an appointment.
The Marketing tab provides access to current patient preferences, referral information, and other important patient tracking information. Accurate and complete selection of options is available in this tab, in combination with CosmetiSofts Contact Management module and a host of unique features.
Marketing reports and patient communications options will help you to maximize your marketing expenditures, and to meet your patients expectations.
The Appointments tab presents a color-coded chronological view of the patients currently scheduled appointments as well as their appointment history. Active appointments can be rescheduled, edited or cancelled from this page.
