Optional modules including the ChartWare Import Tool which provides a simple interface compatible with most practice management systems, the CPT and ICD9 for ChartWare facilitates accurate, timely coding, and the ChartWare Drug Interaction Interface module provides a simple way for clinicians to use products like The Medical Letter Drug Interaction Program, are available. ChartWare Imaging Module® inserts digital images, or scanned documents such as EKG’s, operative reports etc into the patient’s electronic record. The Document Destination Manager provides physicians using ChartWare flexibility of routing medical orders and chartnotes via facsimile with just one click! Physician's Orders Manager provides for simplified tracking and status monitoring of orders while the Charts & X-ray Locator modules handle tracking and finding of charts & x-rays. The Transcription Import Tool® imports dictated-transcribed notes into the ChartWare database so that all patient notes & data may be accessed in the computing system. The SynchdB module allows clinicians to take a mobile computer home and chart notes if desired, synchronizing changes upon return to clinic.
